Intesa Law Firm has extensive experience in the field of public law.
We advise in the field of public procurement law (comprehensive service and organization of proceedings in cases for the award of public contracts for the benefit of awarding entities using the Public Procurement Proceedings, as well as advising contractors applying for the award of contracts, including representation in cases before the National Chamber of Appeal).
We represent entrepreneurs in proceedings before local government bodies and tax authorities at every instance level, and we offer representation in cases before the National Chamber of Appeal. On behalf of our clients, we conduct disputes under construction and tax law. We ensure safe transfer of permits and concessions as part of the organized merger and acquisition and restructuring processes.
Due to the completed dozens of investment processes, we have extensive experience in the field of optimization of investment processes, including tax optimization of the company as part of zone operations.
We conduct legal audits, which consist in assessing the compliance of entrepreneurs' activities with the requirements of public law, and we also advise on the introduction of solutions adjusting the legal framework of operations to the applicable regulations. We examine the standards of competition and consumer protection in corporate acts and contracts of enterprises.

Principles of cooperation
The Law Firm Intesa offers its Clients permanent cooperation based on a contract for legal advisory services on a flat-rate or hourly basis. In the latter case, remuneration is settled on the basis of a monthly specification of work performed.
At the same time, in the case of individual orders or handling specific projects or economic processes, it is possible to separately establish the principles of remuneration on a flat-rate basis, possibly combined with a commission for achieving a specific result (so-called "success fee").
