Education

• Paweł Wojdak graduated from law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Nicolaus Copernicus in Toruń in 2003. In 2009, he passed the legal adviser exam and was entered on the list of legal advisers.

• He is also a graduate of the diploma studies of the European Special Studies. Jeanna Monnet.

• He also obtained a diploma in English and European law from the University of Cambridge Center for English and European Legal Studies.

Areas of specialization

Paweł Wojdak specializes in comprehensive services for business entities, with particular emphasis on foreign investors and companies with foreign capital, mainly for the IT / Tech industry, as well as in servicing investment processes - mainly related to the construction and expansion of production plants, as well as telecommunications and energy investments . He has advised on the implementation of several dozen commercial investments with a value in excess of PLN 10,000,000.00.

 

Paweł Wojdak's area of expertise  covers economic law, commercial contract law, public procurement law, competition law, broadly understood administrative law and new technologies law - with particular emphasis on copyright, information technology and personal data protection.

 

Provides legal services to numerous entities from the IT sector, including both stable companies developing their products, as well as software-houses and start-ups, both in the context of strategic and current legal conditions of their operations,  regulating the mutual relations of originators and investors, as well as the creation and organization of R&D centers in Poland for foreign entities from the IT / Tech sector, including US corporations. ​

Experience

​

• Paweł Wojdak's professional experience is due to cooperation with leading law firms operating in the Tri-City and Warsaw, with which he cooperated from 2003 to 2009. Since 2010, he has been a Partner at the INTESA Law Firm.
   

• Paweł Wojdak combines the competence of a legal and business advisor to the Law Firm's Clients - he also advises on the creation of new business entities, analyzing the legal requirements relevant to their activities and creating a safe legal environment for their development, as well as ensuring the effectiveness of the Law Firm's legal services and understanding their context business.
   

• Together with a group of foreign law firms cooperating with the INTESA Law Firm, it organizes and supports the expansion of Polish entrepreneurs, including by establishing subsidiaries in other EU countries.

Paweł Wojdak is fluent in English - the services he provides include drawing up commercial contracts, legal opinions and pleadings in English, as well as handling English-language proceedings before international arbitration tribunals.
