Education

​

• Paulina Rudnicka graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.

• After completing the legal adviser training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk, in 2014 she was entered on the list of legal advisers.

• As part of her studies, she was a Socrates / Erasmus scholarship holder at the Faculty of Law of the Università di Pisa in Italy. She graduated from the Italian Law School of this university.

• She also completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Valuation at the Gdańsk University of Technology.

Areas of specialization

Paulina Rudnicka specializes in civil law issues, including housing / real estate law, economic law, commercial companies law, civil procedure and labor law.

 

At INTESA, he deals with the preparation of legal opinions, opinions and drafting of commercial contracts, registration of entities and changing their data in court registers, preparation of pleadings and ongoing legal services.

Experience

​

• Paulina Rudnicka has gained professional experience by working since 2008 with the largest law firms operating in the Tri-City. She has provided legal services to companies in the energy sector, with particular emphasis on energy companies operating in the field of electricity and natural gas.  
   

• She cooperated with a company offering innovative technological solutions in the field of steel structure production, environmental engineering and transport.
