Education

​

• Paulina Potaś is a graduate of law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. In 2015-2017, she was an apprentice at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk, after which she passed the legal adviser exam and was entered on the list of legal advisers.

• She is also a graduate of postgraduate studies in Public Procurement at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk under the patronage of the President of the Public Procurement Office.

Areas of specialization

​

Paulina Potaś specializes mainly in issues related to civil law, commercial law, intellectual property law as well as administrative law and public procurement.

 

The scope of her duties in cooperation with INTESA includes, among others, preparation of pleadings and legal opinions, as well as preparation of draft civil and commercial contracts, with particular emphasis on contracts for the IT industry and the construction sector.

Experience

​

Paulina Potaś gained professional experience, among others during internships in public administration bodies, in a foundation that provides free legal assistance and during nearly 10 years of work in leading law firms in the Tri-City.
