Education

​

• Marcin Beszczyński graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk in 2010. In 2014, he passed the legal adviser exam and was entered on the list of legal advisers kept by the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk.

• He also completed post-graduate studies in Taxes and Tax Advisory at the WSB University in Gdańsk in 2014.

Areas of specialization

​

Marcin Beszczyński specializes in issues related to administrative law and procedure, labor law and litigation.

​

In the INTESA Law Firm, she deals with the preparation of pleadings and pre-trial letters, letters as part of administrative proceedings, as well as drafting legal opinions as well as reviewing and preparing contracts.

 

Marcin Beszczyński also has experience in running the so-called Swiss franc affairs.

Experience

​

• Marcin Beszczyński has been associated with the INTESA Law Firm since 2018.
   

• He has experience in providing services to entities from the construction, TSL, printing, food, hotel and water and sewage sectors.
   

• He also provided legal services to one of the largest hospitals in the Pomeranian Voivodeship and to local government units.

Languages

​

Marcin Beszczyński speaks English, and also basic Chinese, which he is still learning.
