Education

• Marcin Łopaciński graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. In 2002, he passed the legal adviser exam and was entered on the list of legal advisers at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk.

Areas of specialization

Marcin Łopaciński specializes in comprehensive legal services for business entities, with particular emphasis on commercial companies and business activities conducted by natural persons.

Additionally, attorney-at-law Marcin Łopaciński specializes in servicing local government units and municipal companies.

​

In the area of Marcin Łopaciński's professional activity, there is strategic consulting in the field of merging and spinning off business entities with an indication of commercial law companies, real estate trading, debt trading and commercial negotiations. Marcin Łopaciński also advises in the field of civil law, broadly understood economic law, commercial law, as well as administrative law and labor law. Marcin Łopaciński as part of many years of professional practice also deals with debt collection and enforcement.

Attorney-at-law Marcin Łopaciński, as part of servicing individual clients (natural persons), also specializes in the field of family and guardianship law, with reference to divorce cases, alimony matters, matters related to parental authority and contact with children (e.g. alternating care),  property matters, as well as inheritance matters.

Marcin Łopaciński due to the fact that this issue directly concerns him, because as a borrower he belongs to the group of the so-called "Frankowiczów", he also advises on Swiss franc contracts concluded with banks. The scope of advisory services includes conducting court proceedings against banks on behalf of clients, aimed either at the cancellation of concluded loan agreements or their conversion. In terms of this activity, Marcin Łopaciński has currently won both court cases and court settlements concluded by borrowers with banks.

Experience

​

Marcin Łopaciński has been running his professional activity uninterruptedly since 1996 - initially as an assistant and trainee, then as a legal advisor, and from 2006 a partner of the Law Firm. Currently, he is the owner of his own law firm, permanently cooperating with a team of over a dozen lawyers operating within the INTESA law firm in Gdańsk.

 

During his professional career, Marcin Łopaciński:

​

• in the years 2009 - 2013 he was a member of the Council of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk;
   

• in the years 2014-2021 (for two terms) he was a judge of the District Disciplinary Court of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk;
   

• he was also a member of Supervisory Boards of municipal capital companies.
