Investment processes and real estate law

The law firm Intesa offers advice in investment processes by conducting a comprehensive analysis of the legal status of real estate, providing advice in the field of spatial development law, construction law and environmental protection law. Our lawyers have experience in providing legal services to large investments in the construction of technologically advanced production plants, shopping centers, roads and highways, investments in special economic zones or housing estates, as well as in the preparation of contracts for the construction of single-family houses or the purchase of housing real estate. We also conduct "due diligence" processes preceding the purchase of real estate by the Clients of our Intesa Law Firm, both in the field of administrative law and commercial law, conducting audits of contracts relating to such real estate.


The law firm represents contractors and ordering parties in public procurement procedures, the value of which is often tens of millions of euros. Agreements negotiated and prepared by the office are implemented, among others as part of "design and build" projects, using FIDIC procedures.


Our lawyers regularly replace clients in negotiations with contractors, contractors and administrative bodies, participate in the preparation of contracts, as well as in court and administrative proceedings.


We have experience in providing legal assistance in matters relating to the adoption or amendment of spatial development plans, as well as in proceedings before architectural and construction administration and construction supervision authorities.


Our law firm also cooperates with entities managing large-area commercial facilities - our team prepared lease and tenancy agreements for administrators of such facilities, negotiated with their tenants, including leading retail chains, and for years has provided comprehensive legal services to the managers of such facilities.

Principles of cooperation

The Law Firm Intesa offers its Clients permanent cooperation based on a contract for legal advisory services on a flat-rate or hourly basis. In the latter case, remuneration is settled on the basis of a monthly specification of work performed.

At the same time, in the case of individual orders or handling specific projects or economic processes, it is possible to separately establish the principles of remuneration on a flat-rate basis, possibly combined with a commission for achieving a specific result (so-called "success fee").
