Education

• Aleksandra Zbierzchowska-Pietrusewicz is a graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. During her studies, she gained professional experience as a member of the Student University Legal Clinic.

• She completed her legal adviser apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk, obtaining the title of legal adviser in 2017.

• In 2018, she completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law and New Technologies Law at the University of Gdańsk.

Areas of specialization

​

Aleksandra Zbierzchowska-Pietrusewicz specializes in issues related to civil law and procedure, commercial law and economic law. Her practice also covers issues in the field of labor law and administrative law.

 

As part of her work at the INTESA Law Firm, she is responsible for the preparation of pre-trial and procedural letters, as well as drawing up legal opinions, as well as preparing, giving opinions and negotiating draft commercial contracts. She also provides ongoing legal services to business entities.

Experience

​

• Aleksandra Zbierzchowska-Pietrusewicz has been associated with the INTESA Law Firm since 2013.
   

• During her practice, she provided legal services for investment processes of capital companies, including, in particular, preparing the content of investment agreements and drawing up legal opinions (including, among others, regarding the required corporate approvals), as well as conducting an analysis of legal risks related to the consolidation of capital groups. ​

Aleksandra Zbierzchowska - Pietrusewicz is fluent in English in speech and writing, which allows her to handle cases and represent the Law Firm's Clients also in this language.
