Aleksandra Szydzik graduated in law (cum laude) from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk.

In 2018, she received a scholarship from the East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai, participating in a monthly scientific program on the issues of the legal system of the People's Republic of China, and a scholarship from the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding scientific achievements.

In 2021-2023 she completed legal apprenticeship at Bar Association of the Attorneys-at-Law in Gdańsk. In 2024, she passed the bar exam and was entered on the list of attorneys-at-law.
Areas of specialization
Aleksandra Szydzik specializes in providing legal services to business entities, including entrepreneurs in the construction, IT, telecommunications and shipbuilding industries. On a daily basis she deals with cases in the field of civil, business, administrative, commercial and labor law, participating in servicing the business clients of the Law Firm. In this respect, she prepares legal opinions, pleadings and contracts, handles judicial and administrative proceedings, and, above all, she performs all those tasks that require a very good knowledge of English legal terminology - her domain is the creation of bilingual contracts and legal opinions.
Moreover, her area of expertise covers filing extraordinary remedies, with a particular focus on the extraordinary complaint and constitutional complaint. She also has experience in the field of medical law, including the issue of physician's professional responsibility.
Experience

Aleksandra Szydzik has been associated with INTESA Law Firm since 2014 - first as an assistant attorney at law, then as a trainee attorney-at-law and finally as an attorney-at-law.

Since 2019, she has been employed as an assistant at the Department of Constitutional Law and Political Institutions at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, where she conducts teaching and continues her research activities.

In her professional work, she combines scientific research with the practice of law - she participates in conferences and publishes articles on constitutional law, with a particular focus on issues concerning judicial power. Her main scientific interests concern constitutional review of law and judicial decisions, as well as judicial application of the law.
Languages
Aleksandra Szydzik is fluent in English, which has been confirmed by a certificate issued by the Foreign Language Center of the University of Gdańsk, which confirms that she obtained a positive result in the Legal English exam at the C2 level.
