Aleksandra Szydzik graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk.

In 2018, she received a scholarship from the East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai, participating in a monthly scientific program on the issues of the legal system of the People's Republic of China, and a scholarship from the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding scientific achievements.

She is currently completing his legal adviser apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk.
Areas of specialization
Aleksandra Szydzik deals with cases in the field of civil, economic, administrative, intellectual property and labor law, participating in servicing the firm's corporate clients. In this area, she deals with the analysis and preparation of legal opinions on current client matters, prepares drafts of pleadings and contracts, and above all performs all those tasks that require a very good knowledge of English legal terminology - her domain is the creation of bilingual contracts and legal opinions, e.g. for the IT industry.
Experience

Aleksandra Szydzik has been associated with the INTESA Law Firm since 2014 - first as an assistant attorney at law, and then as a attorney-at-law trainee.

Since 2019, she has been employed as an assistant at the Department of Constitutional Law and Political Institutions at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, where she conducts teaching and continues her research activities.

She participates in research, scientific conferences, and publishes articles on public law - constitutional and economic law.
Languages
Aleksandra Szydzik is fluent in English, which has been confirmed by a certificate issued by the Foreign Language Center of the University of Gdańsk, which confirms that she obtained a positive result in the Legal English exam at the C2 level.
